VIP THANK-YOU CELEBRATION CAPACITY
The VIP Thank-You Celebration has a maximum capacity of 450 total attendees, including guests.
Capacity is based on the number of people attending, not the number of RSVP submissions.
For example, if you are attending with one guest, your reservation counts as two attendees.
If space is available, your VIP reservation will be confirmed.
Once the VIP Thank-You Celebration reaches capacity, additional VIP selections will be placed on the waitlist.
If you select the other events in the same RSVP, those events can still be confirmed even if the VIP Thank-You Celebration has reached capacity.

Strict Maximum Ballroom Capacity
Every submitted RSVP, including designated spouses and guests, counts against the 450-person limit to honor fire code and curated seated dining arrangements.
Admission Guidelines & Waitlist Procedures
Individual & Guest Accounting: The 450-person capacity includes both the primary attendee and their named guest. For example, a respondent attending with one guest counts as two attendees.
VIP Waitlist: Once the VIP Thank-You Celebration reaches its 450-person capacity, additional VIP reservations will be placed on the waitlist.
Other Event Selections: If the VIP Thank-You Celebration reaches capacity, any other events selected in the same RSVP can still be confirmed.
Waitlist Updates: If space becomes available, waitlisted guests may be contacted regarding availability and confirmation.
